Bulls

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder and becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold. Terms of the sale are cash unless prior arrangements have been made. The auctioneer will settle any disputes from the auction block. The cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions as recommended by the American Hereford Association. All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Nether the owners nor any person associated with the sale assumes any liability, legal or otherwise. Sellers will retain the right to utilize semen in herd on any lot in the sale. The interest retains will not affect buyers use or schedule. Any other further semen/owner retention will be listed in the catalog and/or announced sale day. 

Every animal is to the best of our knowledge, free from any disease or defect. All animals are guaranteed breeders. We guarantee the first 60-days breeding season on our bulls and not to exceed 6 months from the delivery date. If an animal fails to breed after a period of six months, it may be returned to the seller in good condition and in compliance with Montana Health Regulations. A replacement bull will be available for substitution (dependent on seller’s inventory) or you can choose to receive 100% credit towards the purchase of a replacement bull in our next sale. No other warranty of any nature is expressed or implied.
